Front Desk Concierge Agent (Part-Time)
Queen City Elite is seeking a part-time Front Desk Concierge to join our elite team, working primarily on weekends. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, values professionalism, and takes pride in creating seamless experiences for residents and guests. As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver world-class service that reflects Queen City Elite's commitment to excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Service Excellence
• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with courteous, warm professionalism that embodies luxury hospitality standards.
• Provide personalized assistance while monitoring public traffic and maintaining a secure, welcoming environment.
• Handle sensitive requests with absolute discretion and respond promptly to all needs.
• Stand when greeting at the desk, maintaining an approachable, polished presence.
Communication & Coordination
• Manage phone systems with professional etiquette, routing calls appropriately.
• Liaise with premium vendors and service providers to coordinate resident services.
• Maintain detailed resident preference profiles and communicate effectively with property management and maintenance teams.
• Support sales and marketing by managing inquiries professionally
Administrative & Operational Excellence
• Execute receptionist duties, manage access systems, and prepare maintenance work orders.
• Maintain organized records, shift reports, and daily resident check-ins using Google Workspace.
• Monitor security cameras, building access, and emergency systems per established protocols.
• Keep lobby, front desk, and common areas clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Organize and assist with mailroom packages and deliveries.
Concierge Services
• Provide expert recommendations for Charlotte's finest dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences.
• Handle special requests with creativity and resourcefulness using strong local knowledge.
Safety & Security
• Detect and prevent suspicious behavior through effective surveillance.
• Monitor and respond to emergencies according to established protocols.
Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or GED; hospitality degree preferred.
• 3+ years customer service experience in luxury hospitality, premium residential services, or high-end retail.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of Charlotte's restaurants, venues, and luxury services.
• Availability to work weekends is required; flexibility for holidays and additional shifts is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and occasionally climb stairs.
Preferred
• Experience with reservation and building access software.
• Multilingual skills (Spanish, French, or others).
