Resident Experience Coordinator
The Resident Experience Coordinator serves as the face and heartbeat of the property—bridging hospitality and leasing operations. This hybrid position combines the sales-driven focus of a Leasing Agent with the high-touch service of a Front Desk Concierge, ensuring both a smooth leasing process and an exceptional resident living experience.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for luxury residential environments.

Key Responsibilities
Leasing Support:
• Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective residents.
• Manage leasing inquiries, applications, renewals, and move-in processes.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, leases, and occupancy updates.
• Support property management in achieving leasing goals and maintaining occupancy standards.
Front Desk & Concierge Services:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors.
• Coordinate package deliveries, guest check-ins, and resident requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Provide recommendations and local information to residents to enhance their lifestyle experience.
• Support daily building operations, ensuring a polished and secure lobby presence.
Administrative & Operational Support:
• Maintain scheduling systems, resident databases, and daily reports.
• Communicate with maintenance and management teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist in planning and supporting resident events or property functions.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, or front desk operations (luxury or high-rise environment preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional demeanor and appearance.
• Proficiency with property management software and basic office technology.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) Certification
• Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP)
• Fair Housing Training
